V-Connect V-ZUG app for iPhone and iPad

V-Connect – A V-ZUG Service product for building maintenance.

V-Connect enables building maintenance teams to digitally register an error on a V-ZUG household appliance with the V-ZUG Service team and to book an on-site appointment. The relevant data can be read from the V-Connect button and the V-Connect app.

Registering faults digitally and booking appointments
You can digitally log your error via the V-Connect app and have the opportunity to book an on-site appointment with our V-ZUG Service team.

Reading operational data
The V-Connect app shows you operational data such as “Operating hours” and “Cycle number” as well as the commissioning date for your household appliance.

How does V-Connect work?
V-Connect reads data from the household appliance, displays it in the app and transfers it to the V-ZUG Service team. This data allows you to draw conclusions about the source of the error and supports the service technician in preparing for and carrying out your maintenance work. The digital appointment system allows you to book a fixed on-site appointment with our V-ZUG Service team.

You can use a V-Connect button to facilitate data transfer between smartphones and household appliance electronics. The button has to be mounted on the household appliance infrared interface. This enables seamless (and cordless) communication between the smartphone and button via Bluetooth.

Note
The V-Connect functionality is currently exclusively available for management and building maintenance teams who are supervised by the V-ZUG Service team. To use the app, you will need a V-ZUG-approved login and the V-Connect button.
